Social Media at PVCC
Social media at PVCC is managed by the Marketing & Media Relations (MMR) Office. The MMR Office maintains official college accounts on the following platforms:
College-Affiliated Social Media Accounts
The MMR Office manages all college-affiliated social media accounts used to communicate public information, news, events and other announcements with students and the public.
Official College Accounts
In order for an account to be officially recognized, the account must be registered with the MMR Office. To register an existing account, please contact the MMR Office at marketing@pvcc.edu. Faculty and staff who wish to create new, college-affiliated social media accounts should contact the MMR Office prior to account creation.
Social Media Policy & Guidelines
PVCC's social media policy governs social media accounts used to represent college groups, departments, programs, entities, etc. The policy does not apply to personal, private or individual accounts, nor does it apply to social media used for instructional purposes or for the delivery of classroom instruction.
